Eva Design System — a foundation for consistent and scalable design

A Design System is a tool that ensures consistent and fast design production. With its ready-to-use components, it helps both new and experienced designers create user-friendly designs.

Eva Design System focuses on providing a lightweight process, that helps organizations and teams in solving multiple challenges during the development of web and mobile apps, from repetitive work and requirement losses to quality of the end product. Eva is built in a way it brings benefits to a company of any size - no matter to a startup or enterprise.

Eva is a new design system created to bring visual consistency, development speed, and user-centered thinking to every product in our ecosystem. With Eva, we set out to solve common interface inconsistencies, reduce duplicated work, and give both designers and developers a shared language.

Challenge:

Our previous design process relied heavily on custom, one-off components. This slowed down releases, introduced UI inconsistencies, and made onboarding new team members difficult. Designers reused screenshots instead of components. Developers built the same button five different ways.

Solution:

We built Eva from the ground up as a flexible, modular system. It includes:

  • A core component library with scalable spacing and typography tokens
  • Clear design principles focused on usability and accessibility
  • Figma styles and components built for real-world use
  • A dev-ready system of tokens, code snippets, and usage guidelines
  • Eva adapts across products and platforms — mobile, web, dashboards — with rules, not restrictions.
Next Steps:

Eva is not a one-time project, but an evolving system. We're now onboarding more teams, collecting feedback, and introducing motion principles and dark mode support in the next release.

I also designed and developed a new website that serves as a central hub for the product. The site provides clear, structured, and useful information for both new and existing users — including product features, benefits, use cases, and onboarding guidance. My goal was not just to present the product visually, but to create a thoughtful experience that supports users at every stage. The content was carefully organized to be informative, accessible, and easy to navigate across devices. This new site plays an important role in product communication and contributes to a more consistent and trustworthy brand presence.

Result

With Eva, we reduced design-to-dev handoff time by 30%, unified UI across products, and enabled faster feature launches. Most importantly, teams started speaking the same visual language — and design became a shared responsibility.
